Introductions by me

Hey everyone,

My name is Itamar Avidani, and like many others - I was suspended from eBay.
My suspension has been blocking my account for almost a month now, in which I've been trading e-mails with the eBay support center.

The conclusion I got to is that eBay is run by robots that send generic messages that has one purpose - to drive you mad and make you give up on your account.

On this blog I will post the entire support session, which goes for almost a month.

Every post in this blog will show an email session with ebay and will be categorized by dates.

At some point I've turned to online sessions, which will also be posted here, that lead me nowhere (big surprise..).

Some notes:
first of all - names of eBay represantatives that supposedly replied to my emails have been erased due to privacy reasons (unlike eBay, I have a reasonable privacy policy - a human one).

second - at some point ebay had sent me the details of another user - his name is also crossed out for the same reasons (I hope that he's doing better then me in thhe war agains ebay).

As you'll see from the posts - eBay makes you feel as though you're being trialed, and instead of the assumption that you're innocent until proven guilty - at eBay it's guilty until proven innocent.

Well anyway, that's my 2 cents for now, so let's head for the posts.
